  Summary:
  Looking for a full-time manager in training for a unique concept jewellery store. Reports to the Store Manager/District Manager. Responsible for supporting the Store Manager/District Manager in creating an environment in which all employees can work productively. Accountable for providing a unique shopping experience for our customers.
  Duties include successful sales generation, maximizing productivity and profitability, motivating staff to exceed sales projections and maintain sales per hour standards. Assists Store Manage/District Manager in delegation and conflict resolution. Also responsible for merchandise and visual presentation, policy and procedure compliance, employee training and development. Must be available for 30 to 40 hours per week.

  • Must have open availability and flexibility for full-time hours
  
  
  Experience:
  • Previous management experience and/or progressively responsible retail experience
  • Any experience in the jewellery industry considered an asset
